Believe: Student Edition – Living the Story to Become Like Jesus is a collection of Bible passages assembled according to themes of Christian faith. There’s a chapter on what we believe about God, for example. I’d call it an excellent research tool if you’re preparing a talk, or even just doing personal research on an area of belief. The authors have done some great work pulling these different passages together and grouping them in a helpful way.  But I’m not sure the book is all that helpful to someone who does not already have a working knowledge of the Bible, as Bible passages taken from all over and then presented without context are difficult to understand.  But for longtime believers, this may indeed be a useful tool.
